By using Last One Pays, you agree to use the service lawfully and not misuse access, accounts, or challenge data.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities that occur under your account credentials.
No financial custody
Last One Pays does not hold user funds or process financial custody on behalf of users. Challenge penalties and payouts are managed by participating users outside of the app.
